I'm not sure how much I'm going to use this, but I guess I'll just try this out and see.
So today started out terribly. I had to make up my SAT class in Seattle instead of my usual class, and it was so bad. The English teacher was really strict and boring, not like my usual teacher. My usual teacher, Mike, has a lot of personality and is willing to help, but this lady was seriously the worst part of my summer yet, and she was in dire need of a bra (sob). And there were a bunch of other awkward people in the class, and the room was really really hot.
But anyway, I went shopping with my mom at Bellevue Square, and it was pretty fun. I got this mint chiffon top at Forever 21, but one thing that really peeved me today was that the workers today were so rude. I was just trying to shop, and then suddenly this guy comes up to me and sticks a bag in my hand, then asks me if I wanted to have a bag when I shop. Well, SURE since it's already in my hand. So using this bag was really inconvenient because I had a purse too, and then idno, I just like not having a bag. But anyway, I go to the dressing room and wait there for literally like two minutes hoping to get a room, and then once the lady comes up to me after my long wait, she tells me to take everything out of the bag. OH MY GOD. I stood there for like another 30 seconds pulling everything out of my bag while she stares at me, then she gave me a room. And later when I bought the shirt, it was that guy who shoved the bag in my face. Talk about annoying.
Mint chiffon top - $13.50
(just realized this is a horrible pic sorry)
Okay so after this, I decided to go over to LUSH because I've heard so much great stuff about this place from Blythe and Jasmineblu, and I think this place is heaven. Not only are all of their products amazing, the workers were really friendly and I really liked them. The second I walked in, a girl asked me how my day was, then offered me a nice arm massage (which I obviously accepted.) The arm massage was really nice, she first had me wash my hands using the Turkish Delight soap mixed with the Ocean Salt scrub, and this made my hands feel really soft and clean. After this, she rubbed my hands with the CoCo Lotion, and it kind of made my hands a little greasy, but when they dried later, they felt really soft. Then she led me to the Dark Angels cleanser (the reason I came inside) and told me about how it works and how to use it and stuff, which led me to getting $10 of the stuff. Another girl showed me the Tea Tree Water and even misted it on herself and my face, and I'm pretty sure it was the best stuff ever. The way that it works is that you mist it on your face whenever you feel oily (and if you want, morning and evening) and the Tea Tree Water seeps into your face and absorbs all of the oils. I ended up buying the travel size one to see how I like the product daily, but I'm pretty sure I'll buy the bigger size when it runs out.
Dark Angels Cleanser - $10.36
Tea Tree Water - $8.95
I think I'll be doing some reviews of these later on.
This is a really random and small thing, but I got a sample of this Dr. Jart Black Label Detox BB cream. I asked my sister to buy me the Dr. Jart Water Fuse one already, but the lady at Sephora told me that it makes your face oily over the day (but I have my Tea Tree Water!) and that the Black Label Detox is better... whoops.
I'll try to compare this to the Water Fuse BB cream later on.
Lastly, I finally found a pair of skeleton tights! I've literally been looking for a pair for a few months now, and I got these at the Halloween section at Fireworks. There were other pairs too, a pair with a cobweb, one with skulls down the side, and a pair with bats flying all over it. They were pretty cute, but they were pretty Halloween-y but the skeleton ones you can wear more often.. I guess.
Skeleton tights - $12.50
Just throwing this in, here was my outfit of the day:
Black chiffon top - Etiquette
Romper - Gilly Hicks
So.. yeah. That was my day. Well, I guess I'll post more hauls/reviews/ootd's/whatever in the future. Until then, bye!
